Review before watching all of Season 1: I've only seen one episode but I like it so far. I'm in my 40s and have a new appreciation for the SATC movies and this series, as I am too moving beyond the storylines of the original series in my own life and I'm happy to see what happens to the girls as they move forward as well. I'm so happy to continue into new life phases with them. The absence of Samantha leaves a tremendous hole in my 44-year old single child-free soul. Kim C., if you're out there, please consider coming back! This is the perfect place to explore older female storylines like I know you're passionate about now and we miss you more than words can say. ❤️ UPDATE, post watching Season 1: like most, I can't stand by this ridiculous "show" any longer. The writing is horrendous to say the least. So sad to see a masterpiece and a reboot with promise turn into this disjointed, robotic, depressing, unapologetically classist nonsense. SJP, MPK, CN (maybe KD too) all seem to have totally disconnected from reality after deciding their fame made them rulers of the universe. They don't appear to know anything about human life outside of their super tiny rich, famous, self-worshipping unrelatable bubbles. I have lost all respect for these people.
