I can only give this game a two-star rating, my advice to anyone who wishes to purchase this game wait until it is more advanced. They are creating new characters which is pretty amazing but for those who are already playing NEVER PRESS THE NEW GAME button or you will lose all of your work. The customer service department can't do anything about it. Honestly they should be fixing this feature first and the ability to create multiple profiles before they do this, I am assuming this is what happened to my game and it is beyond frustrating having to start all the way back to the beginning. BEWARE when you play DONT LET ANYONE ELSE touch your game or YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I haven't played in so long and my siblings are playing it but honestly I don't want to waste my time while they are creating new characters but don't even care about their customers progress. The features of the game are awesome, the characters are neat, and I love a lot of things about this game but the basic feature of save does not exist and they aren't making this a priority.
