I get what they were trying to do in this movie. However, some of the scenes were a bit too Hollywood. I was In the Corps. Although decades ago, no way these things would have happened like this and no one else would find out. Their squad bay looked like they were Isolated. There is always a drill instructor in the squad bay area. They have their own quarters. Where was the other platoons? The Rifle practice where they put the guy in front of the barrels? Now the reason why I wanted to see this was because of Woodbine character and there were some really intense drill instructors. Now of these things happened in the bush that's another beast.
