Visually and artistically movie is well done. It's cinematography was well done. But the plot, script, and acting was stupid. Silence of The Lambs, Sinister, Seven wannabe. The dialog was strange, not in a good way. It tried to sound alluring and artistic similar to A Killing of A Sacred Deer but failed. So it just sounded pretentious and pseudo-intellectual. There were too many themes and ideas happening concurrently that it felt like a mess. Like a painting that uses every color without blending, it just turns brown. The fact the movie had to explain it's own plot and summarize itself at the end isnt sign of good writing. Overall I'd rate it 3.5/10. Carried almost entirely by it's visuals. The dim lighting coloration and angles were wonderful.
