First off, I have watched the BBC 6 part series more times than I'd like to admit. I've also seen the other movie adaptation. I love this story and when I came across Pride & Prejudice & Zombies on 10/18/24, not knowing it existed, you could say I was skeptical. I watched the preview and was more skeptical. So I went to reviews.... and they were right; this movie is a blast!!! It sticks true to the core of the original story and somehow magnificently incorporated Zombies and twists that had me dying laughing at a couple parts. I am soooo glad to have finally found this movie and definitely recommend it. And as one review comment I saw put it, Jane Austen had a sense of humor, she'd appreciate the adaptation and also find it hilarious.
