Having contributed historical documents to the author of The Circus Fire along with other members of the Circus Historical Society, I recommend this well documented book to anyone who wishes to know about the greatest circus tragedy of all times. The second greatest tragedy of the circus is in the aftermath of Covid-19. During a 3 years period all the circuses of the world ceased to exist. Without a public to play to the circus was frozen in time. Circus animal trainers lost many animals and it spells the end of the contemporary circus. The re-birth of the circus is without animals and those who knew the Golden Years of the Circus where most fortunate.
