Awesome story unfolds and has you gripped, and then the action starts and little inconsistencies start to pop up. It felt as though Fox was rushed during, or had less interest in, the adventure portion. Would be a great film as long as the underlying motivations toward evil were flushed out more. Should have been a longer book at the 3/4 mark.
