While the diet's flavor offerings were somewhat monotonous, I commended the company's prompt customer support. However, I was disheartened by the presence of unauthorized monthly subscription fees on my credit card. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company through various means, I received no response, necessitating bank involvement to stop the payments. This experience was thoroughly disappointing, and the effort required to resolve the issue detracted from the program's benefits. Would not recommend
