Red wing shoe store has hired me and because of me talking about that they don't offer any benefits, the owner ( Facundo fraga) as fired me. I had no real reason to be fired, yet he left a employee without a job. I worked hard and followed all the rules and policies to the best of my ability. I gave great customer service, and provided the ability to keep on learning. they have placed me in a very big predicament. I'm 40 years old, I have a son that has lost his mother. me and my brother are fighting to give him the best life possible, Red Wing does not know what they have done by letting me go. They have destroyed the way I think, they have also taken away food from my family's mouth. My life has not been all that well, and I don't wish for anyone to live the way I do. It breaks my heart to have to tell my son that I failed. It is so hard for a single father to show his full potential if no one gives me a chance. Thank you for listening, Mr Harvey.
