I'm quite a fussy reader and rarely 'stray' from my 'chosen few' authors. Have to admit, after 20 pages, I thought this was a non-starter. Out of respect for any author I plowed on. By page 50 I was rapt, and (pardon the cliché) couldn't put the damn thing down ! Hats off and thank you to SC for a gripping piece of work, and broadening my outlook. (not sure which is the greater achievement ? !). 🤪👍👿🥳😇😍🤣

Not the 'average' offering from SK, but wow !! It takes a sublime talent to take a concept that, on the surface seems preposterous and make it 'believable'. SKs mastery of the 'willing suspension of disbelief' knows no boundaries. Thank you.
