EDITED TO ADD : They used deceptive marketing for children. We walked out after 20 minutes. What a waste. For those moms out there who want to know why I give 1 star. There's a dinner table conversation about the definition of a bas***d in the first 5 minutes of the film. That was my first red flag. The second was when I am told that the monster characters that this little girl draws are called "tattler" and another eats blood and then vomits blood back up. FYI The tattler doesn't have eyes itself, but it's short side kick tells the big one where the kids are at to kill. The last red flag, was my 6 year old boy telling me "Mommy can we please please leave? I'm going to have nightmares."
