I loved this book for the inspirational messages about the difference kindness and compassion can make in the lives of animals in need. The heartwarming true story about how the author rescued Finnegan, along with her other two Finnegan books, is a lesson in how we should all treat all living things that I think should be read by all ages. Her experiences, told in a light and entertaining way, include thoughtful insight about the considerations, challenges, and rewards of helping Finnegan and others that we can all learn from.
