Gordon, some people just don't change, esp for the owner. They don't appreciate it, they just want to quit no matter what you did for them. If that's the case, don waste your whole team time and effort, just move on to the next. There are literally hundreds or even thousands of restaurant on the verge of shutting down. Some just truly need a little helping hand, don't waste the chance on a restaurant like Sxxxxxxx.
