To the Morning Show, I am very disappointed and even embarrassed by your coverage of President Trump's departure from Washington D.C. I am NOT a Trump fan in any way and President Biden's election was something I've been hoping and praying for for four years. I do believe, as Pres. Biden said, that we have to unite the country and treat those that disagree with us as neighbors and not enemies. You missed an opportunity this morning to do just that. Your coverage of Trump leaving was almost celebratory with laughter and sarcasm. I'm sure that kind of news coverage feeds right into the anger and frustration of those who voted for Trump. If you had covered it as professional news people - reporting what was happening and letting viewers decide for themselves how they "felt" about it, you may have won back a few people to believing in network news. I agree with what you reported but it was not the time to gloat. Please be part of the solution forward and not a cause of our disunity. A daily fan and watcher, Sheila Johnson
