Cartoonishly overcomlicated and slow combat coupled with no real storyline had me turn this game off after 4 hours. Waste of $50. Probably would have been more motivated to continue if the devs had revealed what happend to the world, why we were on an expedition and what the point of our expedition even was. 4 hours in and i still didnt even know what the goal of my expedition was..just got bored fighting same monsters over and over without any real motivation

Wtf? If someone is behind you shooting you in the back you literally have no way of knowing untill your dead. Also Every Match iam dead in secoonds. This game sucks for so many reasons i cant even start. Dont bother .

Not a video game. Its an interactive enviroment and the narration changes as you interact with it. 100% scam rip off that this is presented as a game. You cant win or lose you really cant do much of anything other than listen to the weak af narrator trying to make a philisopbical point for low level mouth breathers to convince themselves has some deep meaning when really there is nothing there. This garbage is a waste of time. Also..seeing the 4.7 rating at this point we can all admit google reviews are just as pointless as this interactive story being sold as a game is.

Would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact it feels rigged to make you spend money. 200 hours in and iam done. And if the loot drop rate was high enough that i wasnt working with gear 15 and 30 lvls old and always playing at a disadvantage getting 1 shot by anything thats other than the elemental i have protection from once again because garbage loot does garbage things. I 5 star reviewed this game at first but now iam at the atlas with no gear and just stuck running out of gold with 0 hopes of progression. The game should not be so stingy that your characters could just peter out through no fault of the player. Went back for a second go. To be clear i have 1 char in atlas and 5 at end of act 3 ive played all classes and fill a very expanded storage chest. I have dozens of uniques and mts of gear. ALL of my characters have hit a brick wall for a variety of reason. My warrior? Armor rating became useless didnt have enough ES dont have enough ES gear and neither do vendors already lvled to point where iam not getting xp so cant change vendors stock. So warrior is done. Ranger? Not enough evasion/ ES/ resistance...you seeing a patern here? Furthermore all the gear is the same so your just grinding for better stats on the gear you have. Its a boring af joke and heres the joke. Level 1 and level 100 have the same gear. Not enough useable crafting material the orbs you would need 100s of to build they give you 1 while atta same time giving me 100s of orbs would only use 1 on a piece of gear. They know this too thats why they have a currency exchanger.. why so complicated? Sunk cost fallacy time/effort/money. Furthermore the "MASSIVE SKILL TREE" that you can do whatever you want is 100% B.S. 90% of that tree is useless. And if you play a warrior you literally only have 1 viable path for succes and there in lies the real rub. 90% of this game is uselles. Your not playing what you want the way you want your playing what you have to to make it through. Every ranger eventually becomes a lighting ranger and every sorc become fire and ice and every warrior becomes a leap slam or sunder with the exeption of players that get loot that lets them break away from the rails all characters are on. The game is B.S. ..suprise suprise another dev hyped up the game to the point of just lying. ( to any devs reading this stop lying. The second your boy in that video said " we made sure the vendors had stuff you can use" i turned to my friend and said " thats a lie" and i was right. You know how i know? Every video game ever made with vendors was presented as having usefull loot and literally none of them ever did. At 50 years old you get to the point where youve heard the same lie so many times...you eventually realize no..that mascera does not give 80% fuller lashes...its the same lie the industry has been telling since day 1. There are no fuller lashes here. Just disapointment and an empty pocket book.

Gimmicky trash. The game is absurdly hard mostly because of the terrible locked in animation/goofy bad hit boxes. The gimmick is the combats hard cause the combats poorly designed. Also absurd quest bottlenecks..pretty much after stormviel 90% of the sidequests hit a dead end unless you beat next boss but the level gap between those 2 is like 50 lvls so have fun mindlessly grinding quests you cant complete and loot you cant use. Just more blown out hype cause fromsoft fans are a cult.

You keep playing..you keep paying.. why would they change the game when they have already enslaved you to it? Your an addict and they know it. When i sold coke i would sell the uncut stuff to my wealthier weekend party type of customers because they wouldnt come back if it was cut. They had a choice, they werent addicted. The stuff i sold to the addicts was cut 5 or 6 times 60% baby laxatives and 10% cocaine and those addicts would keep coming back for that low grade cut garbage. They couldnt help themselves, they knew the game was rigged, they didnt have a choice they had to get their fix even if it was ultra low grade and they paid the same price as if it was pure..gram for gram. Your the addict my friend, activivsion is your dope dealer cutting your dope..that you keep paying for. The player base for this game are the addicts and even though this game is completely rigged low grade garbage they keep playing
