Grimm is the only TV series that I have set aside time to watch in first run as an adult. It reminded me of the way my family always gathered around the TV to watch the original Star Trek when I was 10 years old. It had all the "right stuff"; terrific character development, attention grabbing plot lines and wonderful special effects. It was a treat just watching people morph into these incredible animalistic creatures. And they were always fitted with personalities that fit their animal heritage. I am on my 3rd repeat viewing of the series now and I'm still finding new things I missed. Keep hoping they make a sequel. The final episode set things up for the next generation.
