This is an ode to Unreal Tournament, the movement system is literally unreal tournament 04/UT3. And that's a good thing. The weapons are also very UT like. It's a shame this game didn't take off. But as the mid 2010s truly saw the death of Arena Shootes and the rise of "hero" shooters and SBMM multiplayer for the casuals, it's not a shocker than this very good old school Arena shooter failed to finda an audience.
I'd give this game a 5/5. But, there is literally no one playing it. To play this game you will have to play offline against bots, which it does support fully. The bot support is very good here. Much like again, Unreal Tournament.
There's death match, team death match (called bloodlust) there's capture the node and there's even some vehicles and larger maps. Toxikk also fully supports steam workshop and there are many quality community made maps.
But again, you'll be doing all your fragging with bots. But the bots are very good. They'll either be quite easy on lower difficulties but if you bump it up to inhuman or higher.... Well, they get very good and near aimbot level.
Good game. Worth your time in my opinion. But your mileage may very.
