As the multilayered Marvel universe continues to open before us, it is amazing to see how well the writing and story is kept consistent and tied together through the cinematic progression as much as it is. My son started watching Spider-Man and could recite passages word for word, and now can tie the whole McGuire-Crawford-Holland universe together so it makes sense. This movie could’ve gone the simple, uncomplicated route and just did the whole easy route and made a cream puff feature, and they didn’t. I thought the whole story was well written, well acted and the surprises- from someone who didn’t read ahead- were tied in and done extremely well, and left enough room for whatever is going to come next. Thanks for keeping us going… we’ll be back for more.
