A monumental waste of time. The movie made absolutely no sense and I wonder what were the Director and screen writer thinking. A complete let down and felt disappointed and let down that Jack Nicholson agreed to take on this cheap role. He is such a super artiste but this role diminished his stature considerably. There is nothing worthwhile to see in this movie so I suggest don't waste your time.

Completely ridiculous depiction of Hindu Kerala household. Wonder how such a scant brained story was written and directed. Obvious intention aware to be of ridiculing Hindu customs.

Could have been a great story and a great opportunity to highlight NE. Unfortunately it was a messed up movie. Lousy acting.. lousy story lousy everything. Disappointed especially after witnessing NE personally in the 80s.
