This moving account of a young girl, brave and wise beyond her years, in which hope of freedom was never abandoned, has touched me deeply. Towards the end, knowing that it would culminate in deep sadness, I dreaded hearing her final words and I'm sitting here crying. She was so looking to going back to school in October 1944 but instead her life was tragically cut short. And yet her bravery in such adverse circumstances fills me with hope. Thank you, Anne Frank.
