It was a great T.V show. It helps me sometimes learn about Chinese and the culture about China. I could go on for hours and hours watching Keep Running. It's not in English so you would have to learn a bit of Chinese to understand it, but other than that, it's a amazing T.V show. 5/5 , would recommend.
