A one note, one dimensional movie. Every single character just stares sadly at eachother and occasionally cries, often without dialogue, for the entire movie without any variance. The main character is a terrible cop, played by a worse actress, constantly crying at the sight of happy childrens. They played fast and loose with the "based on a true story" aspect. And many events don't even make sense, like shooting a sniper with a pistol, or having evil child snatching meetings in an open lot surrounded by chain link fence so people can spy on you. youu.
