Today's Dr. Phil episode on the plague of Fentanyl that is destroying our youth I was saddened and dismayed. What I don't understand is this: as far as I know, purchases on line can only be made through a credit card. Who in their right mind would be giving a child of thirteen, fourteen, or for that matter, any age, a credit card? Is it Bitcoin? No mention was ever made about this, and I am curious to know how parents deal with it.
