We came from Andhra Pradesh Mangalagiri for my wife treatment.
She has been suffering with leg pains from several months. My cousin Doctor Kotla Sindhu suggested me Yashoda hospital and referred us to Dr S. Srikanth Raju sir and Dr Vidya Tickoo.
They have conducted some scans and found that my wife is suffering from Varicose veins and suggested us for surgery. As of now Doctor Srikanth sir have done surgery for one leg and she is feeling good after the surgery process.
I will give 100/100 for the doctors and the services provided by the hospital persons.
We sincerely appreciate Doctor Srikanth Raju sir and Karthik sir for their guidance and support through out this process. We are very happy for coming to Hyderabad and taking treatment from the world’s best hospital Yashoda.
Finally, I felt extremely sad because of the rude behavior of Kanka Raju. Kanka Raju is working in Yashodha Pharmacy in ground floor. We have purchased Ven stockings as per Doctor Srikanth sir suggestion after the surgery process. Pharmacy people have taken my wife’s leg measurement and given her medium size stockings. My wife has used it for 4 days and daily she used to be suffering again. Today I have taken her to hospital and Dr Srikanth sir told us that is not the correct size for my wife leg. We both told the same thing in Pharmacy. Initially pharmacy people told us that they didn’t sell that product but after showing the bill they agreed that we have brought it from them.
They have given wrong size stocking to us, and they are not ready to exchange it after doctor told them to do so. They told us exchange is not possible. They have charged us 5000 Rs from and again for new stocking with next size they have asked me to pay again 5000 Rs.
I didn’t like the behavior of the Pharmacy person and I went from Hi tech city to BK Guda to buy new one. Pharmacy people needs to be polite and more helpful to the people coming from all over the country.
I humble request Yashoda hospital management team please see that from next time onwards these kind of issues needs to be addressed correctly.
I have brought this issue with Pharmacy management as well.
