Entertaining enough, art is beatiful and clearly a lot of hard work went into the making of this show.
Just know that the storyline doesn't really follow the culture setting. It's basically a show that takes place in a more collectivistic society, but the plot is individualistically focused. However, the show might not have been easily understood (for western audience, west = individualistic oriented) otherwise, so the individualistic characters and plot choice makes sense for the success of the show.
It's fun and worth watching; just don't take any history or cultural portrayal as any literal history lessons.
