I read this book and loved it because it gave the reader many free simple alternatives and complementary tips on how to decrease stress and anxiety that people can incorporate into their daily life. This book also gives ideas from a modern Eastern philosophical perspective that the reader can later investigate more deeply. This could open the doors to more possibilities for their path to wellness. I would recommend this book if you are curious about Eastern healing techniques.

This book helped me make the right informed decision about adoption and actually saved me money! First of all, I LOOOOVED this book! It saved me thousands of dollars from being ripped off by an adoption agency facilitator. YES, you heard me...it was a scam from an 'ethical' agency facilitator. The adoption agency was forcefully coercing and using tactics on the mother and if I did not read this book, I would never know or understand what an unethical or ethical adoption was. The book is packed FULL of rich history from every continent. It is insightful and informative that the average person could never get from talking to adoptive parents or agency employees who have their own agenda. The fact that the author herself has nothing to gain, and her writing is so eloquent, gives me reason enough to buy the book. It's packed full of wisdom. The last thing I want to do is take someone else's baby who never wanted to relinquish her child. I feel I owe a lot to this author. She is saving a lot of tears and trauma in my opinion.
