Matchmaking is like flipping a coin. You either smoke the enemy team or get smoked, there is no in-between. Major money grab by blizzard, for making everything super expensive for absolutely no reason at all. Lower the prices and get more people to buy thing, increasing profits. Do weekly updates and balances to heroes to make the game feel more winnable and more ever changing. Leaving broken OP heroes in a game for an entire season just because you are too lazy to fix issues. OW1 was a monster of a game in the end, but OW used to be a good game. Even this new Halloween event was kind of a let down...

Only reason it got 2 stars was because it has the potential to be a really great game. I've played it since it came out and it has progressively gotten worse over time. The team balancing is possibly the number one issue this game has. One day I can win games left and right and the next I'd be lucky to win 1 game out of 20. Hoping Overwatch 2 fixes a lot of issues that the first game has.
