It had some great bits and even some funny moments and the practical effects great BUT at ten episodes and the slow pace of some eps it felt laboured and a little self indulgent.it didn’t know what it was trying to be. I would have preferred the stories to be the main focus not all the trash around it that never gets tied up. So many storylines thrown in that are either lazily tied up or just left. I genuinely hope for that to be it and no season two. SO MANY jump scares is so silly it became an amusing joke with my gf as we watched .
