A good story but you get beat to death with all of Mr Ilse’s democratic ideals voiced through Penn cage and other characters throughout the novel. Don’t read if you are a Republican. And if your are like me and think all politicians are liars then there will be enough political bs to get on your nerves multiple times while reading this large installment in the series. I just wish Mr. Iles and his buddy Stephen King would give it a rest.
