It was intertaining to watch until they just had to put their Liberial/woke twist on it and add totally unneeded scenes in it ,like the college friend she went skinny dipping with that ended up being a lesbien because of that night , or the drag queen at the club scene,.. This added nothing to the movie other than check off for the diversity policy the movie industy is using. It was so obvious because they were dead end characters that added nothing and the scenes were not needed. Can't they just make a movie or series that does'nt put in some kind of obvious scene to check off the diversy clause. You loose half your audience whenyou go there. The other issue is the relationship between Julia and her husband does not portray them anywhere close to the real people they were, The added passion scenes are rediculously added in. Just another already done movie rewrote to fit todays diversity agenda.

it just comes across like a movie produced to check off all the boxes in casting, then annette just looks old and out of shape for that role. just makes it not believable. Movie deals more with her mental issues than anything, like someone that was very lucky not to die from her goal.
