The movie was completely depressing and disparaging. In that, I would say one of the worst movies ever. But, the realism and darkness is something that should be brought to light. This stuff happens whether you chose to accept it or not. This movie draws attention to a real problem that needs to be addressed. In that, I think it was a great choice to make the movie. The actors did a wonderful job portraying their roles. I myself will never watch that movie again but I will never forget it. I recommend it to people all the time and include that it is very sad but based on real scenarios and that is what is important. The takeaway invokes a real concern. It educates on a subject that you may have heard about in simply "sex trade" or "human trafficking". It shows one scenario of how quickly and simply it happens. Lilya could be anyone's child.
