Having read several books on the Frank family and Meip's own book "Anne Frank remembered" I was curious to know how Disney would bring this dreadful episode to the screen. I was very impressed, the whole cast use subtle and well crafted skills to recreate both the annex but also the incredible danger that Meip and the others who hid victims of the holocaust put themselves in. One can only hope that put in the same position we would be so brave. Having also visited the Anne Frank house it was clear that so much thought had gone into recreating the building authentically. Well done to everyone involved for producing a truely moving and accurate series
