After realizing this book was a narcissistic pat on authors back I was very disappointed. I at least expected Ms. Chambers Ivy League education to produce some elementary writing talent. She seems to think quite highly of herself.
If you want to read a book about life in the Appalachian pass over this one. This is a weakly written biography of the ordinary.
