Coffee Fuelled Genius

I’m about 15 hours in, I read a LOT of awful reviews putting it down which tarnished my opinions going in BUT 15 hours in I’m blown away. This is a NAUGHTY DOG game, it’s graphically insane, the gameplay is everything I loved about the first but better? What more do you want? It’s got brutal takedowns, stealth, horror jump scares (which get me good) and tonnes more?! It’s a well paced game and the story so far is great! Nothing what I expected from them but that’s the beauty of it. You still get enough flashbacks to enjoy Joel and Ellie’s banter. This game is a Much much darker game, the music itself will leave you walking away from the game humming monotone pulses, it’s addictive. Honestly, don’t pay attention to the hate - it really expands on the first - ignore the haters, play it yourself to find out just how Ellie feels about that final lie.... that final ‘okay.’
