I love the idea of the game, and I'd really, really like to give it 5 stars, but I just can't. The January 2021 patch completely destabilized the game, and it crashes at the drop of a hat, any hat, anywhere in the world. Some quests / tasks don't work as intended making it impossible to complete areas until a patch for that quest is produced. On several occasions I have had to restart the game entirely due to corrupted save files or had multiple dialog boxes appear informing me that the Ubisoft cloud saves could not be accessed, or that the server was rejecting my connection. I've tried to turn off as many cloud-save options as possible since I live in an area where the best available bandwidth is about 3-5Mb/s as long as kids aren't doing online schooling, and still the messages about cloud access persist.
In my opinion, this game should have spent another couple of months in testing to make sure that all the quests can be completed in any order (except those with multiple parts like the daughters of Lerion), and that the end user can play the game without requiring an internet connection.
