I only discovered this a few weeks ago, and it's instantly one of the best rock albums of all time, from one of Rocks most underestimated artists.
Yes, we have Beck, Clapton, Lommi, and McCready, but the biggest surprise is Zack Wylde. He's like the cookie dough that binds everything together, with his rhythm work (and amazing solo stuff himself). He deserves his place among the worlds great guitarists.
On top of it all is some songwriting that could be Ozzy's best work to date. I'm still picking up pieces of my brain from my first listen. I can only hope for an "Ozzy and Friends - Part 2" before time puts an end to an amazing career.
