I have watched every show since day one and have the journey and ancient finds and information compelling. The latest episode shows a supposedly antiquity book while visiting an institute in Iceland. You never, ever, touch any museum-type piece with bare hands, much less more than one person touching it. This leads me to believe some of the research data is manufactured. If an item has been reproduced exactly, a comment in the dialog can easily explain away this glaring offence. I firmly believe that Rick, especially, is pursuing his quest no matter how long or where it takes him and trusts his "fact informers". The program's researchers dropped the ball on this one.
