Oh my god! To start the book with so little hope and end like that! My heart was racing! I had so many questions answered in this book, some I didn’t even ask. And yet I have so many questions! I fell in love with the realm and the people in it! I felt like I could smell the bonfires in the crisp night air and hear the laughter and music. I was on edge waiting for the next time someone’s desires got the better of them 👀.These authors built such a beautiful world with so much detail and a rich culture. The fae of this realm have a resilience and inevitability to them that even made me feel safe. I loved the detail added to the clothes worn by the fae here and especially Farron’s princely glow up. I’m going to say this about every book these authors wrote. But the character dynamics! It’s so steamy and in this book we got to see some of our princes in their own element and how that affected their relationships with each other and Rosie. I love how everyone’s dynamic is so different and how they somehow all play together in this larger clock. I feel like in this book I really started to realize there’s a whole clock ticking. I have to say Rosie is my favorite character in this book. She not only grows into herself more but she has the platform and safety to be her authentic self. Her grace is so evident here and her unbreakable will. We’ve seen her stubborn and kind in Bonded. But in Woven she has settled into her spirit and her home. She’s incredible.

This was my introduction to Fantasy books. It is incredible how detailed of a world these women create and the emotions I feel. In this book I felt the shame and the passion, the heart ache and the joy. My heart raced when Rosalina’s did. The way that this story is told is brilliant. The Easter eggs and brief moments of insight the author gives are just enough to have our imaginations coming to endless possible answers and conclusions. I have questions so many questions! It’s also a brilliant way to teach the reader the unique history of the Vale without turning into a history lesson. And the development of the characters is breathtaking. I feel like I’m learning the body language and temperaments of each character right along Rosie. They’re frightening and kind, literally blood thirsty but are so gentle with her. I’m falling in love with all of them. I love how the authors play with the dark and light side of them. Highly recommend because this is just the sunrise over the Vale ❤️‍🔥😍
