It's an improvement over the older version in terms of visuals (partially), controls and UI. Character models look awful for the most part and body parts turn and twist in extremely weird ways. Rain is just plain awful and clips through buildings like the garages. Old audio being used I think is okay as it holds some nostalga, but things like cars just sound lifeless and can sound very similar to one another.

This game need to be remastered with a larger free roam area and online coop. Never played a game with such meaty melee combat, completed this games many times over and will continue too
