Read this book, quite quickly because it is only 120 pages. Most of the information I already knew from many tries at the keto diet. However, I was inspired because so many of the things that Stephanie includes and approves of are things that I have always felt should be included (higher number of carbs per day; artificial sweeteners, etc). She has a no-nonsense attitude that I love and the fact that she lost 140 pounds tweaking the keto diet warmed my heart. I have just begun, yet again, to shed this excess weight that I have been carrying around for a long time. Here's hoping this Dirty, Lazy, Keto will work for me.
