I loved how this book was about two girls starting from scratch in New York City. It’s about saks fifth Avenue it’s about cosmetics and it’s about how the drive and if you vision you were success how you can achieve it. and said about how everybody has secrets that they keep and how carrying emotional baggage can affect your journey in life

Fascinating information that I didn’t know about characters/residents who lived in the ritz and worked at the ritz during and just after WWII.

I loved the story and favorite character was Asher. Thought too much detail about transitioning
