This movie is literally just two hours of people being chased and killed by zombies. That’s all that happens. Nothing else. There is no way the people writing the 5 star reviews are real people.

I can see how people would give it 1 star if they are wanting an ending that ties it all together or answers the question of what happens. I’m sure that is frustrating to not know. But I thought it was good. It was different and interesting. It’s not your typical impending disaster movie. And I was ok with how it ended.

What a boring movie. The twist was unbelievably predictable. I’m not good at predicting endings and I predicted it within about 5 mins into the movie. I’m giving it two stars because there is some creepiness at times and a couple of good jump scares but that is about it. The ending is dumb as well. Don’t waste your time.

That movie was not good at all. It was boring and predictable. There was nothing special about it in any way. I’m so confused by people’s 5 stars. Were we watching the same movie? The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I love Jordana Brewster. Don’t waste your time with this movie.

That movie was not good. The original is amazing and this was an embarrassing version. It might have been better if they just billed it as a completely different movie. But to call it a remake (or reboot) of the original is offensive. If you like the original, then don’t watch this. You will be very disappointed.

There is so much hate surrounding this movie but I really enjoyed it. It definitely wasn’t what I expected at all but I thought it was great. If you are looking for an action packed zombie movie, this isn’t it. And I’m guessing that many of the negative reviews are because of this. I thought it was interesting and beautiful. Just know that it’s quite different from the first two movies and the trailer definitely sets people up for being disappointed, because it shows the movie to be something that it’s not.

So many negative reviews but I enjoyed it. Don’t overthink the movie, just enjoy the entertainment. Yes there are things about it that aren’t spectacular and don’t fully make sense, but overall it’s entertaining and fun to watch.

Bad acting, terrible special effects and a plot that makes no sense but for some reason I was oddly entertained by it. Maybe because it was so bad, that it was fun to watch!
