Pinegrove is such an interesting and unique band. They are most certainly what you would call an ‘aquired-taste’ but once you get a feel for the overall vibe of the artist and their songs, they become undeniably catchier. The lyrics are felt in layers the more time you spend listening to this album. Overall fantastic everything, music, lyrics, and production. Amperland, NY is one of my all time favorite musical albums.
