I think most of the people giving this 1 star reviews genuinely just aren't smart and could not understand what was happening. Saw a review saying the mother was unlikeable because she acted like she "had a lobotomy" -- uh, yeah, she had brain cancer. You would be the same if you had a tumor in your brain. Were you even watching?? Another critique I saw was that it "didn't make sense" for the zombies to be naked. Um. It's been 28 years. I think it makes perfect sense. Go run around wildly in the woods for 28 years and see how YOUR clothes hold up. Anyways I enjoyed this movie a lot. Ending scene was a little bit silly... but one bad scene can't ruin a whole movie.
