I really really enjoyed this movie. For a change, a movie was light hearted but deep. Good story line and the actors really suited their roles. This reminded me of the good old days when movies had some substance. I was hesitant, thinking this was going to turn into another “you people” story with a racial undertone but it didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised. In times like these where we have very little to be happy about, this film brought me some joy. So thank you, Netflix for leaving race out of it and just making a movie worth watching.

It was just a movie about racism packaged as a comedy. Both races portrayed as the most cringey version of themselves. Instead of being funny it was quite awkward.
