Io think that Jill and Amber are criminals. First it was okay to have Justin steel sleeping bags, then they bullied Javier and tried to take stuff right out of his hands. Like most criminals the women got paranoid and started treated Justin like crap. Last, they thought the vandalizing of their shelter was worse that how they had been acting. Hope Amber stays clean
