I'm a Pro Horse Race Player. 5% of the time, the winner is disputed in a race due to jockey interference, out of control horse or photo finish. Meaning, you can't trust what your eyes see at the finish line. Its too close to call with out a picture of the horses crossing the finish line. Thats what the 2020 Presidential Election is.
