I have read this book and it is a full sham! Seriously it is..The reason is the author must not have a thorough knowledge about the warrier caste. First of all, they are second to namboothiri Brahmins of Kerala in the caste hierarchy and solely because of this all of the warriers were Sanskrit scholars. Even in my family, my great great grandmother was a Sanskrit scholar and my great great grandfather had been a lawyer during the British era. And they have come from northern Kerala also. Warrier women had the right to choose her own opinions and that was accepted by the family members. At the same time they have given respect and value to the male members of the family. So, please try to understand the history of warriers by hearing from warriers itself and not from other castes of Kerala
