Honest review with NO SPOILERS‼️ Honestly the hate for this game is overrated. The game was pretty good! Is it up to par with LN1 & 2? No, but considering it’s the new company’s first time working on the Little Nightmares franchise, I think they did a pretty good job grabbing the essence of the Little Nightmares universe. Cons: It felt quite slow at the beginning, and although the monsters designs fit perfectly in the LN universe, some of their chase and death scenes weren’t as thrilling/fearful or as scary as the ones in LN1 & 2. Although I do like the game, it did feel overpriced too! For people who are new to the Little Nightmares franchise, I felt like if they’ve never listened to the Sound of Nightmares, some things wouldn’t make sense and make the game feel more boring for them since they wouldn’t understand some of the references. The puzzles could’ve been more challenging too, like the previous games, in this one it felt a little too easy. Pros: I LOVED the storyline and ending! If you like Little Nightmares for its storylines and lore then you are going to like LN3! I loved how there were so many connections to the Sound of Nightmares, so I definitely recommend listening to the Sound of Nightmares first before playing this game if you haven’t already. I feel like some of the reviews are as low as they are because some didn’t listen to the Sound of Nightmares and therefore some things in the game probably felt confusing or boring for them. Since I listened to the Sound of Nightmares long before the games release, everything made sense to me and I really loved those ‘aha!’ moments when you connect the dots between the two! Overall, considering it’s the company’s first time working on the LN’s franchise, I think they’ve done a pretty good job and I’m sure they’ll improve the more they work on it. After all, whose work strucks gold every time on the first try? We’re even lucky we got a company to pick up and carry on this franchise since no other companies were interested. I give it a solid 7.5/10!

Honestly the concept of the movie is superb and the actor who played Mr Crocket is very talented, his acting was fantastic for this role. Despite being horror, there were some comedic parts which I liked! However the storyline felt rushed and some of the writing fell flat. Since it left us on a slight cliff hanger I would love it if people gave the movie a chance so we can get a sequel, because honestly if they had a bigger budget and were more patient with the storyline, it would’ve been a solid 10/10. I would love to see more of this concept brought to life in a well deserved sequel.
