Love the cookbooks and how Danielle explains labeling of foods and ingredients of store bought products. Threre are so many meal choices to cook, which makes meal planning easy and enjoyable. Danielle's books helped me cook creative meals during the pandamic, snice we were in lock down.
I was able to get creative with planning meals and trying new recipes.The meals are easy to prepare and easy to follow. The recipes don't require a lot of fancy ingredents like most other grain free cookbooks l have read. I always find something new that I want to try cooking and I am never disappointed in what I prepare.
